- Παρέχεις νομικές συμβουλές και καθοδήγηση σε θέματα δικαστικών διαφορών και επίλυσης συγκρούσεων
- Διαχειρίζεσαι αστικές, εμπορικές, διοικητικές και ρυθμιστικές διαφορές από το προδικαστικό στάδιο έως την επίλυση
- Συντονίζεις και συνεργάζεσαι με εξωτερικούς δικηγόρους, παρακολουθείς στρατηγικές, προϋπολογισμούς και εξέλιξη υποθέσεων
- Συντάσσεις, αναθεωρείς και προετοιμάζεις δικογραφίες, νομικές ειδοποιήσεις και συμφωνίες διευθέτησης
- Συμβουλεύεις τη διοίκηση για νομικούς κινδύνους, στρατηγικές πρόληψης διαφορών και πιθανές ευθύνες
- Αντιπροσωπεύεις την εταιρεία ενώπιον δημόσιων αρχών, ρυθμιστικών και διοικητικών φορέων όπου απαιτείται
- Διεξάγεις νομική έρευνα και παρακολουθείς νομοθετικές και ρυθμιστικές εξελίξεις
- Υποστηρίζεις τη διαπραγμάτευση και επίλυση διαφορών μέσω διαμεσολάβησης, διαιτησίας και συμφωνιών
- Συντάσσεις, αναθεωρείς και διαπραγματεύεσαι εμπορικές συμφωνίες για την ελαχιστοποίηση νομικών κινδύνων
- Συντάσσεις και ελέγχεις συμβάσεις περιεχομένου, ταλέντου και εμπορικές συμβάσεις με σεβασμό στα δικαιώματα πνευματικής και βιομηχανικής ιδιοκτησίας
- Συνεργάζεσαι με εσωτερικά τμήματα για τη διασφάλιση νομικής συμμόρφωσης και παροχή επιχειρηματικά λειτουργικών λύσεων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση ελληνικού αστικού, εμπορικού και δικονομικού δικαίου
- Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση δικαστικών διαφορών και εξωτερικών νομικών συνεργατών
- Δεξιότητες νομικής σύνταξης και διαπραγμάτευσης εμπορικών συμβάσεων
- Ικανότητες διαπραγμάτευσης και επικοινωνίας
- Νομική έρευνα και συμβουλευτική σε εμπορικά και εταιρικά θέματα
- Γνώση δικαιωμάτων πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας, μέσων και προστασίας δεδομένων
