Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εμπειρία σε περιβάλλον πωλήσεων και διαχείριση λειτουργίας καταστήματος
- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και δεξιότητες διαπραγμάτευσης
- Διαχείριση ανθρώπινου δυναμικού και ανάπτυξη ομάδας
- Καθοδήγηση και εκπαίδευση προσωπικού
- Παρακολούθηση πωλήσεων και αύξηση πωλήσεων
- Βελτίωση διαδικασιών και συνεργασία ομάδας
- Τεχνολογική προσαρμοστικότητα
- Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεωνκατά προτίμηση

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or relevant field/work experience
