- Καλλιεργείς πελατοκεντρική κουλτούρα, διασφαλίζοντας υψηλό επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης.
- Συμμετέχεις σε code reviews, ενισχύοντας την ποιότητα κώδικα και τη συνεργασία της ομάδας.
- Συμβάλλεις στη βελτίωση των διαδικασιών και των εργαλείων ανάπτυξης.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Πωλήσεις και λειτουργία καταστήματος λιανικής
- Διαχείριση προσωπικού και ανάπτυξη ομάδας
- Διαχείριση απόδοσης πωλήσεων και παρακολούθηση KPI
- Διαχείριση κερδοφορίας
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
- Επικοινωνία, διαπραγματεύσεις και τεχνολογικός προσανατολισμός
- Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεωνκατά προτίμηση
