- Καθοδηγείς, εκπαιδεύεις και αναπτύσσεις την ομάδα.
- Διασφαλίζεις την ορθή λειτουργία του καταστήματος σύμφωνα με τα εταιρικά πρότυπα.
- Μεγιστοποιείς τις ευκαιρίες πωλήσεων και παρακολουθείς τα KPIs του καταστήματος για την επίτευξη κερδοφορίας.
- Καλλιεργείς πελατοκεντρική κουλτούρα, διασφαλίζοντας υψηλό επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης.
- Συμμετέχεις σε ανασκοπήσεις κώδικα, ενισχύοντας την ποιότητα κώδικα και τη συνεργασία της ομάδας.
- Συμβάλλεις στη βελτίωση των διαδικασιών και των εργαλείων ανάπτυξης.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Πωλήσεις και λειτουργία καταστήματος λιανικής
- Διαχείριση ανθρώπων και ανάπτυξη ομάδας
- Διαχείριση απόδοσης πωλήσεων και παρακολούθηση KPI
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, επικοινωνία και διαπραγμάτευση
- Τεχνολογικός προσανατολισμός
- Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίοκατά προτίμηση
