As Waiter A, you will be an integral part of our Food & Beverage team, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable dining experience that reflects KOIA’s ethos of excellence and personalized service. Your role will be vital in creating unforgettable moments for our guests, ensuring every interaction embodies KOIA’s commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Present KOIA’s unique concept and menu, sharing its story with confidence and passion.
• Deliver personalized service to guests, addressing dietary preferences and collaborating with the chef to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage reservations and organize tables to optimize the dining experience.
• Welcome guests warmly and assign tables efficiently.
• Maintain daily preparation and cleanliness of the restaurant, including opening and closing duties.
• Promote and upsell restaurant offerings, including fine wines, specialty drinks and signature dishes.
• Take serve orders, including Room Service and poolside dining.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

What you will bring to the team

Your skills and spirit

We’re looking for a dedicated hospitality professional with:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or fine dining establishment.
• A degree from a tourism school or related field.
• Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Proficiency in PDA and POS systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively handle guest concerns and resolve issues.
• A polished and professional demeanor, reflecting KOIA’s high standards of service.
• A guest-centric mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver personalized solutions.
• A passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
