As a Waiter/Waitress Trainee, you will...

·       Contribute to the seamless operation of shifts by delivering customer-focused service.

·       Participate in on-the-job training in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.

·       Learn and exhibit service qualities aligned with the company’s standards.

·       Develop knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures related to Health & Safety.

·       Respond promptly and effectively to guests’ requests and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction.

Entry Requirements:

·       Currently enrolled as a student in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.

·       Strong command of Greek and English, both spoken and written.

·       Team-oriented with excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds, colleagues, and managers.

·       Interest in learning upselling techniques while addressing guests’ needs.

·       Willingness to gain knowledge about various cultures, dietary preferences, and restrictions.
