- Τηρείς τα πρότυπα Wine service, einschließlich της σωστής θερμοκρασίας και επιλογής ποτηριών.
- Διατηρείς ενημερωμένες και ευπαρουσίαστες τις λίστες κρασιών.
- Παρακολουθείς το απόθεμα κρασιών και υποβάλλεις παραγγελίες.
- Συντηρείς την κάβα και διασφαλίζεις τη σωστή διατήρηση των κρασιών.
- Χρησιμοποιείς POS systems για την εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών.
- Εφαρμόζεις τεχνικές Upselling.
- Συμβάλλεις στη βελτίωση των λειτουργιών και στον καθορισμό υψηλότερων στόχων.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση κρασιού και κρασιών Σαντορίνης, με WSPC Level 2.
- Συνδυασμός κρασιού και φαγητού και Fine dining service.
- Wine service και συντήρηση wine cellar.
- Διαχείριση αποθέματος κρασιών και διαχείριση wine list.
- POS systems και Upselling.
- Customer service, επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών και βελτίωση λειτουργιών.
