Τι θα κάνεις
- Ανοίγεις και σερβίρεις φιάλες κρασιού και σαμπάνιας.
- Απαντάς σε ερωτήσεις επισκεπτών για την προέλευση, τη σοδειά και το στυλ των κρασιών.
- Ενημερώνεις και διαχειρίζεσαι τη wine list και το σύστημα MICROS.
- Προτείνεις κρασιά που συνδυάζονται με τα πιάτα του μενού.
- Συμμετέχεις σε wine tastings και αναπτύσσεις σχέσεις με προμηθευτές.
- Ζητάς νέα κρασιά και προϊόντα.
- Σχεδιάζεις και υλοποιείς προωθητικές ενέργειες και προγράμματα κινήτρων για το κρασί.
- Παρακολουθείς και αναπληρώνεις τα αποθέματα κρασιού, εξοπλισμού και γυαλικών.
- Εκπαιδεύεις το προσωπικό σερβιτόρων και bartenders.
- Διοργανώνεις wine tastings για το προσωπικό.
- Ελέγχεις το κόστος μέσω αποτελεσματικών αγορών, ελέγχου αποθεμάτων και μέτρων ελέγχου κόστους.
- Τηρείς την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία για το υπεύθυνο σερβίρισμα αλκοόλ.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εμπειρία και γνώση κρασιού: Εμπειρία ως Sommelier, Γνώση κρασιού και Wine tasting.
- Wine service & pairing: Wine service και Wine pairing.
- Wine list & συστήματα: Διαχείριση wine list και Σύστημα MICROS.
- Αποθέματα, κόστος & αγορές: Έλεγχος αποθεμάτων, Έλεγχος κόστους και Αγορές.
- Εκπαίδευση & προώθηση: Εκπαίδευση προσωπικού και Προωθητικές ενέργειες κρασιού.
- Υπεύθυνο σερβίρισμα και επικοινωνία: Υπεύθυνο σερβίρισμα αλκοόλ και Αγγλική γλώσσα.
- Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεωνκατά προτίμηση
