- Αξιοποιείς αποτελεσματικά μια εκτενή λίστα κρασιών.
- Παρουσιάζεις τα κρασιά στους επισκέπτες, μιλώντας για τις περιοχές και τις διαδικασίες οινοποίησης.
- Εκτελείς το wine service με την κατάλληλη θερμοκρασία και επιλογή ποτηριού για κάθε κρασί.
- Διατηρείς ενημερωμένες και καλαίσθητες όλες τις λίστες ποτών.
- Παρακολουθείς το απόθεμα κρασιών και υποβάλλεις παραγγελίες.
- Συντηρείς την κάβα και διασφαλίζεις τη σωστή διατήρηση των κρασιών.
- Χρησιμοποιείς POS systems, ιδανικά Micros.
- Εφαρμόζεις τεχνικές Upselling.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εξειδίκευση ως Sommelier και WSET Level 2
- Γνώση κρασιών, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των κρασιών της Σαντορίνης
- Συνδυασμός φαγητού και κρασιού και Παρουσίαση κρασιών
- Wine service και Διατήρηση κρασιών
- Διαχείριση λίστας κρασιών, Διαχείριση αποθέματος κρασιών και Συντήρηση κάβας
- POS systems, Micros, Upselling, Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και Γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας
