Τι θα κάνεις
- Δημιουργείς bill of materials από σχέδια και προδιαγραφές έργων για συστήματα δομημένης καλωδίωσης χαλκού και οπτικών ινών.
- Υποστηρίζεις εσωτερικά τμήματα και εξωτερικούς πελάτες.
- Ελέγχεις τα επίπεδα αποθέματος υλικών σε προμηθευτές, αποθήκες και καταστήματα για παραγγελίες πελατών.
- Ενημερώνεις όλους τους stakeholders των έργων για το πλάνο παραδόσεων.
- Συντονίζεις εργασίες έργων, διαχειρίζεσαι την τεκμηρίωση και διασφαλίζεις την αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία μεταξύ των stakeholders.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Γνώση συστημάτων δομημένης καλωδίωσης χαλκού, οπτικών ινών και δικτύων διανομής.
- Κατανόηση δικτύων φωνής και δεδομένων, καθώς και ασύρματων και ενσύρματων συστημάτων διανομής multimedia.
- Προχωρημένη γνώση Αγγλικών.
- Εξοικείωση με Πληροφοριακά συστήματα και MS Office.
- Δημιουργία bill of materials, έλεγχος αποθεμάτων και stock, διαχείριση τεκμηρίωσης έργων και συντονισμός έργων.
- Επικοινωνία με stakeholders και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
- Ηλεκτρολόγος Μηχανικός / Πληροφοριακά Συστήματακατά προτίμηση
