- Αναλύεις την υπάρχουσα υποδομή IT των πελατών και εντοπίζεις λειτουργικά κενά και περιορισμούς δυναμικότητας
- Ερευνάς σε βάθος τεχνικές λεπτομέρειες μαζί με τους IT managers και τις απλουστεύεις για τα ανώτερα στελέχη

Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εμπειρία σε τεχνικό presales και διαχείριση έργων IT
- Γνώση επιχερηματικών IT περιβαλλόντων, εικονικοποίησης, cloud μοντέλων, storage και servers Microsoft/Linux
- Ικανότητα σαφούς και πειστικής επικοινωνίας πολύπλοκων τεχνικών αρχιτεκτονικών
- Δεξιότητες παρουσίασης και τεχνικές παρουσιάσεις
- Ομαδικό πνεύμα, δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση
- Σκέψη προσανατολισμένη στη λύση και προδραστικός τρόπος εργασίας
- Πληροφορικήκατά προτίμηση

Περιγραφή Θέσης
As a Technical PreSales Engineer – IT Infrastructure (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the sales strategy of DTS in the Greek market. You will join our Account Managers in client meetings to drive the technical dialogue, evaluate requirements, lead technical deep-dives and present how our Cloud, Managed Services, and Data Center solutions seamlessly integrate with the client’s environment to meet their specific business needs. Your responsibilities include:
Analyse the prospective client’s existing IT infrastructure and identify operational gaps, capacity limits and areas for improvement
Dive into deep technical nuances with IT managers while effortlessly translating those same details into simple, value-driven insights for executive leaders
Implement solution plans that address the client’s exact operational demands by leveraging our Data Centers capabilities and portfolio around Cloud and Managed Services
Create high-quality technical presentations and act as the technical expert for our products and services
Inspire our customers with your strong technical understanding of DTS as a long-term managed service provider by putting previous IT concepts to the test
Be in constant contact and close collaboration with the technical and sales departments
Your Profile
Your Know-how
At least 2 years of professional experience in technical project management and/or presales of IT services that require explanation
Extensive knowledge of enterprise IT landscapes, virtualization, cloud models, storage and servers (Microsoft- Linux)
Excellent ability to explain complex technical architectures and communicate them simply, clearly and convincingly
Your Personality
Excellent teamwork and communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
Open and confident attitude with solid presentation skills
Solution and customer-oriented mindset with a proactive way of working
Great presentation skills with the ability to lead discussions comfortably
