- Συμμετέχεις σε έργα και στρατηγικές για πελάτες και προοπτικές, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της διαχείρισης συνδρομών και περιεχομένου
- Υποστηρίζεις έργα της ομάδας και διαχειρίζεσαι διοικητικά καθήκοντα όπως reporting και σχολιασμό ροών
- Λύνεις έκτακτες ερωτήσεις πελατών και διαχειρίζεσαι τυπικές αναφορές
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εμπιστευτικότητα στη διαχείριση ευαίσθητων πελατειακών δεδομένων
- Επικοινωνία με πελάτες και ισχυρές διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων και σωστή κρίση
- Ομαδικότητα και ικανότητα ανεξάρτητης εργασίας
- Γνώση διαδικασίας ανοίγματος/ενσωμάτωσης λογαριασμών
- Δεξιότητες σε PowerPoint και Excel
