Τι θα κάνεις
- Παρέχεις άριστη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και διαχειρίζεσαι παράπονα και ερωτήματα.
- Επιβλέπεις το προσωπικό και διατηρείς τα πρότυπα λειτουργίας στον χώρο πωλήσεων.
- Διασφαλίζεις την επίτευξη και, όπου είναι δυνατόν, την υπέρβαση των στόχων πωλήσεων.
- Παρακολουθείς τα επίπεδα εξυπηρέτησης του προσωπικού για τη μεγιστοποίηση των πωλήσεων.
- Χρησιμοποιείς συσκευές του καταστήματος για την παρουσίαση ολόκληρης της γκάμας προϊόντων.
- Αξιοποιείς αναφορές για την τοποθέτηση βασικών προϊόντων με υψηλή εμπορικότητα.
- Εφαρμόζεις τεχνικές Visual merchandising για την προσέλκυση και ενεργοποίηση πελατών.
- Διατηρείς τα αποθέματα καθαρά και ευπαρουσίαστα.
- Υποστηρίζεις την ένταξη και εκπαίδευση νέων εργαζομένων.
- Ενθαρρύνεις την επαγγελματική εξέλιξη και υποστηρίζεις την ανάπτυξη του υφιστάμενου προσωπικού.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι καθημερινές διοικητικές διαδικασίες σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες της διοίκησης καταστήματος.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εποπτεία λιανικής και διαχείριση στόχων πωλήσεων
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και επίλυση παραπόνων
- Εκπαίδευση και ανάπτυξη προσωπικού
- Visual merchandising, τοποθέτηση προϊόντων και παρουσίαση αποθέματος
- Παρακολούθηση KPI και αριθμητικές και αναλυτικές δεξιότητες
- Διαχείριση χρόνου, επικοινωνία, διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες, Αγγλικά και χρήση υπολογιστών
