The role in more details:

• Supporting end to end recruitment process for various positions

• Offering unique candidate experience and guidance

• Building good relationships with hiring managers to understand requirements of different positions

• Use of search tools and applicant-tracking systems to identify candidates

• Participating in career events

• Creating and generating reports with recruiting and employer branding data
  

• Create and manage implementation of presentations and employer branding material

• Being an ambassador of our firm’s culture and values

The key requirements of this role are:

• 2-3 years of talent sourcing/recruiting working experience in corporate recruiting, ideally in a consulting firm

• Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and/or business studies

• Excellent use of Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter or other search tools

• Knowledge of applicant-tracking systems

• Master’s degree in HRM will be consider as a strong asset

• Fluent English & Greek speaker

• Strong organizational, prioritization and multitasking skills 

• Military Obligations completed, if applicable
