The role in more details:
Supporting end to end recruitment process for various positions
Offering unique candidate experience and guidance
Building good relationships with hiring managers to understand requirements of different positions
Use of search tools and applicant-tracking systems to identify candidates
Participating in career events
Creating and generating reports with recruiting and employer branding data
Create and manage implementation of presentations and employer branding material
Being an ambassador of our firm’s culture and values
The key requirements of this role are:
2-3 years of talent sourcing/recruiting working experience in corporate recruiting, ideally in a consulting firm
Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and/or business studies
Excellent use of Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter or other search tools
Knowledge of applicant-tracking systems
Master’s degree in HRM will be consider as a strong asset
Fluent English & Greek speaker
Strong organizational, prioritization and multitasking skills
Military Obligations completed, if applicable
