senior technical project manager

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, executives, and technical teams.
• Functional Specification & Solution Design: Document functional and technical requirements, and ensure alignment with business and technical needs.
• Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional technical teams, ensuring alignment and productivity.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Agile & Scrum Methodologies: Apply Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management frameworks.
• Budget & Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently and ensure projects stay within budget.

The key requirements of this role are:

• 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on Information Systems.
• Strong expertise in functional specifications & solution design: Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong technical background: Understanding of enterprise IT solutions, system integrations, and cloud technologies.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
• Strong Leadership & Communication: Ability to coordinate teams and communicate with executives.
• Problem-solving mindset: Ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.
• Experience with project management tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project.
• Project Management Certifications (will be considered an asset): PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe certifications.
