The role in more details:

• Design, develop, configure, test business processes through RPA tools
• Maintain and support existing bots and provide timely resolutions to arising issues
• Update and maintain Developer Standards around RPA best practices
• Define business requirements for robotic process automation and maximize business model efficiency
• Develop technical analysis documentation
• Develop and implement appropriate quality control and test procedures
• Technical Support for raised incidents regarding RPA projects

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field
• At least 1 year of experience with an RPA tool, preferably Power Automate Desktop, or alternatively Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and technical supporting in production environment
• Must be able to multitask and willing to work on multiple projects at a given time
• The candidate must be fluent in English & Greek language – both in writing and speaking
• Effective communication and rapport building skills
• Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions
• An extremely high work ethic
• Motivation for career progression and development
• Military Obligations completed (if applicable)
