- Συνεργάζεσαι με ομάδα επαγγελματιών για την ομαλή παροχή υπηρεσιών μισθοδοσίας.
- Εντοπίζεις ευκαιρίες βελτίωσης και υλοποιείς αποτελεσματικές αλλαγές.
- Προσαρμόζεσαι στις αλλαγές και ενθαρρύνεις την αποτελεσματική εργασία σε συνθήκες ασάφειας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 4+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Επεξεργασία μισθοδοσίας και επίλυση ζητημάτων μισθοδοσίας
- Pylon HRM και MS Office
- Εργατική και ασφαλιστική νομοθεσία
- Πληροφοριακό σύστημα ΕΡΓΑΝΗ
- Αγγλική γλώσσα και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
- Βελτίωση διαδικασιών και διαχείριση προθεσμιών
