Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποστηρίζεις πελάτες στη διαχείριση ανθρώπινου δυναμικού και στην συμμόρφωση εργασιακής νομοθεσίας με έμφαση σε Ψηφιακή Κάρτα Εργασίας, χρόνο και παρουσίες και ERGANI II
- Αναπτύσσεις την κατανόηση της ελληνικής εργατικής νομοθεσίας και την πρακτική εφαρμογή της στο περιβάλλον πελατών
- Αντιδράς σε αιτήματα πελατών και παρέχεις έγκαιρη υποστήριξη σε θέματα λειτουργίας και συμμόρφωσης
- Αναλύεις δεδομένα πελατών και υποστηρίζεις την υλοποίηση διαδικασιών διαχείρισης ανθρώπινου δυναμικού που συμμορφώνονται με τη νομοθεσία
- Χρησιμοποιείς τεχνολογικές λύσεις για την υποστήριξη της συμμόρφωσης, βελτιστοποίηση διαδικασιών και παροχή υπηρεσιών
- Συνεργάζεσαι με διεπιστημονικές ομάδες για την παροχή υψηλής ποιότητας συμβουλευτικών υπηρεσιών και οικοδόμηση εμπιστοσύνης με πελάτες
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Μισθοδοσία και πλήρης κύκλος ετήσιας μισθοδοσίας
- Ελληνική εργατική νομοθεσία και Νομοθεσία Κοινωνικής Ασφάλισης Ελλάδας
- Ψηφιακή Κάρτα Εργασίας και Διαχείριση χρόνου και παρουσιών
- Λειτουργίες ανθρώπινου δυναμικού (HR operations) και Διαχείριση προμηθευτών μισθοδοσίας
- SCAN HRMS και Χρήση Η/Υ
- Αγγλική γλώσσα και Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας
- Επιχειρηματικό πνεύμα
- Economics / Accounting / Business Administration
