We are seeking an experienced Cloud & Managed Services Team Lead to head our team of cloud architects and managed services professionals. This role is pivotal in driving our cloud strategy and delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients. 

• Lead and manage the Cloud & Managed Services team, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
• Design and oversee the implementation of comprehensive cloud adoption strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Act as the technical authority on Microsoft cloud solutions, providing hands-on expertise and guidance in Azure, M365, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud strategies with business objectives and ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor and develop team members, building a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Drive pre-sales activities, crafting solution proposals and engaging with clients to secure new opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients, acting as a trusted advisor on cloud technologies.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating emerging technologies into solutions where appropriate.

Who You Are: Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone with 10+ Years of hands-on experience in cloud architecture (min 15+ years of tech experience) who’s ready to dive into a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. Here’s a snapshot of the skills we’d love to see:

Must-haves

• Mastery of Azure and M365 platforms, including deployment and configuration.
• Proficient in cloud-native architectures and microservices design.
• Expertise with Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration.
• Strong understanding of security best practices, including RBAC, OAuth2, and data encryption.
• Experience with Event-driven Architectures and Message Queues.
• Knowledge of SOLID principles and component-based architecture.
• Strong command of CI/CD tools, including Git, GitHub/GitLab, and pipelines.
• Hands-on experience in infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation.
• Database proficiency, including design and management with tools like Liquibase.
• Ability to integrate emerging technologies into client solutions.
• Showcase your expertise with certifications like: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA),ITIL Foundation Certification
