The role in more details:

• Facilitate groups and lead cross-functional project teams in process improvement activities, including workshops and sustain changes in business processes.
• Coach teams on applying process/system analysis methodologies and techniques to issues such as workload planning and scheduling, work processes and procedures, and organizational structure.
• Develop or revise policies, processes or systems to increase efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Design performance feedback systems and visual management tools to assess the resolution of business process deficiencies
• Prepare reports, flow charts, organizational charts, graphs, and other documents summarizing findings and recommendations; present to stakeholders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• Organizational skill in managing multiple, often competing tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work respectfully to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of individuals from a variety of different positions, cultures and backgrounds.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills, including the effective use of visuals in communication.
• Proficiency with office software programs including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, cloud based collaboration tools, and email.
• 3 to 5 years of previous experience in a similar position dedicated to continuous improvement and/or facilitating lean, change management or equivalent activities for a complex and large organization.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black belt and/or change management certification, will be considered as a strong asset.
