The role in more details:

• 
  
• Collecting, organizing, monitoring and distributing information related to quality and process improvement functions, possibly including but not limited to compliance and documentation of quality management standards in compliance to International Standard of Quality Management 1 framework.
• Participate in a wide range of assignments (risk assessments, design of control environment, control assessments) to ensure that the organization operates in a more efficient and effective way.
• Supporting in maintaining compliance with the firm’s risk policies & controls and global network’s / firm’s risk and quality management policies.
• PMO role in a wide range of compliance and regulatory projects.
• Directing and supervising junior members of Quality & Risk Management Team.
• Typically generating reports using computer skills and distributes those reports to various users within the organization.

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• 
  
• A University degree preferably in Economics, Accounting or Business Administration field
• 4-5 years of professional experience in a related position
• Professional qualification of ACCA, ACA or equivalent will be considered as an asset
• Experience in any of the following will be considered as an asset: External / Internal Audit, Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Control
• Knowledge of issues relating to ethics and independence – experience in considerations relating to public interest entities will be highly evaluated
• Able to exercise professional skepticism
• Excellent Excel skills (knowledge of advanced formulas is required)
• Excellent command of English & Greek
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills & project management
• Ability to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner
• Effective communication and rapport building skills
• Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions
• An extremely high work ethic
• Motivation for career progression and development
• Military Obligations completed, if applicable
