Grant Thornton’s Outsourcing Services practice is continuously growing, offering high quality services to our clients, committed to “making a difference every day” and is currently seeking to employ a R2P & Travel and Expenses Accountant for a corporate client.
The role in more details:
Accounts Payables management:
Vendor invoices processing
Processing outbound payments
Reconciliations of accounts and bank statements (Verify bank payments and reconcile with bank records)
Travel & Expenses (T&E) management:
Travel and Expenses reports monitoring
Review of deviations from Company’s policy (Audit review in APPZEN tool)
Company Card administration (transactions reconciliation, bank payment, etc)
And also:
Monthly accruals preparation & booking
Preparation of monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations (in Blackline tool)
Monthly analysis of expenses & reconciliation with GL accounting
Support Internal and External Audits.
Support month-end and year-end close process
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
University degree in Finance & Accounting
Proficiency in both Greek & English language (written & oral)
SAP knowledge will be considered an asset
2-3 years of experience working in a similar role
Strong Organizational, multitasking and analytical skills
Critical thinking, time management, prioritization
