quality & risk management specialist

We are looking for a motivated Quality & Risk Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support key quality and risk management processes, help maintain compliance with standards and contribute to ongoing improvements across the firm. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys collaboration, structure, and making a meaningful impact on how a firm operates.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Supporting day-to-day Quality & Risk Management activities and assisting with documentation, monitoring and reporting

• Maintaining and updating quality and risk management policies and procedures

• Organizing and tracking information related to quality assessment, compliance and process improvements

• Assisting with risk assessment and the design of controls in line with the ISQM 1 framework

• Contributing to quality monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• University degree in Economics, Accounting or Business Administration fields

• 3-4 years of professional experience in risk management, quality assurance, compliance or similar area

• Professional qualifications, such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, SOEL, will be considered as an asset

• String attention to detail and a proactive mindset

• Excellent command of English and Greek

• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication, teamwork and organizational skills.

• Strong organizational skills & project management

• Motivation to develop professionally

• Military Obligations completed (if applicable)
