- Συντονίζεις εσωτερικούς πόρους και τρίτους προμηθευτές για την άψογη εκτέλεση των έργων
- Βοηθάς στον ορισμό του πεδίου εφαρμογής και των στόχων του έργου, με τη συμμετοχή όλων των σχετικών εμπλεκόμενων
- Αναπτύσσεις αναλυτικό σχέδιο έργου για την παρακολούθηση και τον έλεγχο της προόδου
- Διαχειρίζεσαι αλλαγές στο πεδίο εφαρμογής, το χρονοδιάγραμμα και το κόστος του έργου με κατάλληλες μεθόδους
- Μετράς την απόδοση του έργου χρησιμοποιώντας κατάλληλα εργαλεία και τεχνικές
- Κάνεις αναφορές και ενημερώνεις τη διοίκηση όταν χρειάζεται
- Εκτελείς διαχείριση κινδύνου για τον περιορισμό των κινδύνων του έργου
- Δημιουργείς και διατηρείς πλήρη τεκμηρίωση έργου
- Συναντάς πελάτες για λήψη λεπτομερών οδηγιών και διευκρινίσεις απαιτήσεων
- Αναπτύσσεις υπολογιστικά φύλλα, διαγράμματα και χάρτες διαδικασιών για την τεκμηρίωση αναγκών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση Έργου με έμφαση σε συντονισμό και παρακολούθηση προόδου
- Σχεδιασμός Έργου και Διαχείριση Κινδύνου για άριστη εκτέλεση και έλεγχο
- Διαχείριση Εμπλεκόμενων Μερών σε συνεργασία με πελάτες και ομάδες
- Change Management για διαχείριση αλλαγών στο έργο
- Reporting και Τεκμηρίωση για συνεχή ενημέρωση και καταγραφή δεδομένων
- Επικοινωνιακές Δεξιότητες και Διαχείριση Χρόνου κάτω από πίεση
- Microsoft Excel ή Υπολογιστικά Φύλλα για αναπτύξεις και παρακολουθήσεις
- Business Administration / Finance / Economics

The key responsibilities of this role will include:
Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Managing change to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Reporting and escalate to management as needed
Performing risk management to minimize project risks
Creating and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Meeting with clients to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Developing spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
The key requirements of this role are:
3-5 years of experience with proven track record in project management in banking and /or consulting
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance & Economics or related discipline
Professional qualifications such as PMP or Prince 2, will be consider as a strong asset
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management, from conception to delivery
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Capable of working well under pressure and tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English
