The role in more details:

• Undertakes the quantitative analysis, presentation and interpretation of organization's data to provide valuable BI reports and insights
• Understands the connection and relationship of different data originating from various data sources
• Interprets and provides deep insights on financial data originating from ERP and CRM systems
• Designs, compiles, maintains and visualizes key business reports that drive decision making
• Supports the overall work and monitoring of commercial departments and management
• Recommends new improvements on existing processes and reports
• Guides the team for the automation of processes, better data analysis / best practices towards the production of insights

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• Degree in Data Science, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering and other related fields
• Deep understanding of financial, non-financial and accounting data from ERP and CRM systems
• Experience with Power BI data analysis and Visualization tool.
• At least 1-2-year work experience on data analytics and BI reporting
• Experience in quantitative analysis, presentation, description and interpretation of financial data, as well as planning, preparation, maintenance and visualization of BI reports
• Effective communication and rapport building skills
• Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions
• An extremely high work ethic
• Motivation for career progression and development
• Military Obligations completed
