We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to deliver accurate payroll services and ensure compliance with labor, tax, and social security regulations. The role includes preparing official submissions, advising clients on regulatory matters, and upholding high standards of professionalism, ethics, and client service.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Preparation and electronic submission of documents to the Social Security Office and the ERGANI labor information platform.
• Payroll calculation and issuance with accuracy and timelines
• Ensure compliance with the Firm policies
• Interaction on a frequent basis with colleagues of other department's
• Anticipate change and encourage others to perform confidently in ambiguity
• Maintenance of highest standards of business ethics
• Delivering excellent client service
• Collaboration with team members to ensure the compliance with tax, labor and accounting laws and standards

The key requirements of this role are (hard & soft skills):

• 3+ years of professional experience, in payroll
• Knowledge of labor and social security legislation
• Knowledge and experience to the ERP of Soft1 and Pylon will be consider as a great asset
• Familiarity with the “four-eyes principle” method for ensuring compliance and internal control.
• In-depth knowledge of labor and insurance regulations
• Excellent command of procedures related to the Digital Work Card
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and various business technology applications
• Completed military obligations (if applicable)
