The role in more details:
- Delivering comprehensive Payroll & HR services to corporate clients, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
- Diagnosing and resolving complex issues, proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leading and mentoring the payroll team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Ensuring strict compliance with labor laws and regulations, liaising with public authorities to maintain adherence.
- Meeting stringent deadlines while consistently providing top-tier services and maintaining quality standards.
- Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities, demonstrating resourcefulness in implementing enhancements.
- Generating detailed reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- Managing ad-hoc projects with agility and precision, ensuring successful outcomes.
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Payroll, demonstrating extensive expertise and proficiency.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in Outsourcing Payroll, showcasing specialized knowledge.
- Experience in the public sector is highly advantageous, adding valuable insights and perspectives.
- In-depth understanding of labor and social security law, ensuring compliance and informed decision-making.
- Proficient in payroll software/HRIS (Softone, Pylon) and MS Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
- Expertise in the ERGANI information system, facilitating efficient and accurate payroll management.
- Exceptional command of spoken and written English, crucial for client deliverables and effective communication.
- Strong people management and coaching skills, fostering team development and performance.
- Meticulous documenting skills and keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Advanced problem analysis and problem-solving abilities, addressing challenges with innovative solutions.
- Proficient in risk assessment and decision-making, ensuring strategic and informed choices.
- Positive attitude, with a focus on teamwork and effective communication.
