To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Payroll, demonstrating extensive expertise and proficiency.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in Outsourcing Payroll, showcasing specialized knowledge.
• Experience in the public sector is highly advantageous, adding valuable insights and perspectives.
• In-depth understanding of labor and social security law, ensuring compliance and informed decision-making.
• Proficient in payroll software/HRIS (Softone, Pylon) and MS Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
• Expertise in the ERGANI information system, facilitating efficient and accurate payroll management.
• Exceptional command of spoken and written English, crucial for client deliverables and effective communication.
• Strong people management and coaching skills, fostering team development and performance.
• Meticulous documenting skills and keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Advanced problem analysis and problem-solving abilities, addressing challenges with innovative solutions.
• Proficient in risk assessment and decision-making, ensuring strategic and informed choices.
