We are seeking a skilled and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant with 2–4 years of hands-on experience to support and lead internal Business Central projects. You will play a key role in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Business Central for our internal operations, ensuring the system aligns with business needs and drives process efficiency.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Customize and configure Business Central to meet operational needs.
• Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of Business Central modules 
• Manage data migration, system integrations, and reporting needs.
• Provide user training and support to ensure smooth adoption across departments.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
• Document functional and technical specifications, configurations, and processes.
• Coordinate with external vendors or Microsoft partners when necessary.

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferably with internal or external project exposure).
• Solid understanding of core Business Central modules such as Financials, SCM, and Sales.
• Experience with AL programming, extensions, and customization is a plus.
• Good knowledge of business processes and cross-functional workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Microsoft Certification in Business Central (e.g., MB-800) is a plus.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is an asset
• Exposure to Agile project methodologies.
