Grant Thornton’s Outsourcing Services practice is continuously growing, offering high quality services to our clients, committed to “making a difference every day” and is currently seeking to employ a Marketing coordinator (client facing role)

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Event & Congress Support

  • Assist with organizing Alcon’s participation in industry events and congresses.

  • Prepare and manage required contracts and approvals with internal systems.

  • Support logistics for booths, sponsorships, and promotional materials.

  • Communicate event details to internal stakeholders and follow up on post-event tasks.

  • HCP Engagement & Logistics

  • Help coordinate travel and documentation for HCPs attending local and international events.

  • Prepare and manage required contracts and approvals with internal systems.

  • Marketing & Training Material Coordination

  • Assist with the approval and distribution of promotional and training materials.

  • Monitor Materials` inventory and expiration dates and inform internal stakeholders accordingly (marketing team).

  • Internal Meeting Support

  • Provide logistical support for internal training sessions and marketing meetings (venue, meals, materials, travels ).

  • Help manage budgets and purchase orders (POs) for events and activities.

  • Administrative Tasks

  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g. medical, regulatory, finance) to ensure alignment on ongoing projects and grant support.

  • Prepare and manage required contracts (e.g. new vendors) and approvals with internal systems.

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Up to 2 years of work experience, ideally in an administrative role

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus, but not required.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Fluent communication skills in both Greek and English.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • SAP Knowledge is a plus
