The role in more details:

• Prepare financial statements under the IFRSs and Greek GAAP
• Collect, assimilate, and analyze financial data, using standard tools and data visualizations
• Gather and assess each client’s financial information to accurately determine factors including financial status, cash flow, financial estimates.
• Design the controlling framework, including financial planning and analytics (FP&A), budgeting, and cost accounting
• Prepare reports for finance process reengineering projects for end to end optimization
• Prepare, analyze and explain historical and projected financial information
• Compile, analyze, and report economic and industry data to help clients make informed decisions
• Develop complex financial models and run valuation analyses using several methods
• Prepare detailed presentations and marketing material for client presentations
• Embrace the role of a structured yet coachable team player open to continued education and training from other team members
• Manage own work against project plan to ensure a superior client experience

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field/ discipline.
• ACCA/ACA qualifications courses or ΙΕΣΟΕΛ / ΜΕΤΚΕΛ postgraduate qualifications (in progress or completed)
• Solid understanding of basic consolidation procedures
• Proficient in fundamental IFRS principles
• Knowledge in Finance systems (ERPs or BI tools) will be considered as an asset
• Commitment to providing quality work and building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
• Experience of working with multiple clients
• Working in teams of qualified and highly motivated professionals
• Effective communication and rapport building skills
• Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions
• An extremely high work ethic
• Motivation for career progression and development
• Military Obligations completed, if applicable
