The role in more details:
- Provide accounting & tax services to corporate clients
- Identify and propose solutions to various issues
- Deliver excellent client service
- Work in a team of qualified, highly motivated professionals
- Identify opportunities for improvement and be resourceful in making them happen
- Anticipate change and encourage others to perform confidently in ambiguity
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Business Administration/Economics or relevant field
- 1-2 year working experience in Accounting and Taxation
- Experience in ERP programs will be considered as an asset
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to communicate fluently in Greek and English
- Experience in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Effective communication and rapport building skills
- Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions in a fast paced environment
- A customer centric approach to finance and business operations
- An extremely high work ethic
- Motivation for career progression and development
- Ability to gather and correlate correct data
- Military Obligations completed (if applicable)
