digital innovation consultant / cx driven-digital transformation

As a Digital Innovation Consultant, you will be at the forefront of customer-driven innovation, helping businesses redefine their digital strategies and enhance customer interactions through CX-focused solutions. You will work cross-functionally with UX/UI teams, developers, and business stakeholders to design and implement user-centric, data-driven digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop digital strategies with a strong focus on CX & innovation.
• Design customer journeys across web, mobile apps, and omnichannel touchpoints.
• Identify pain points and friction in customer interactions and propose CX improvements.
• Apply UX/UI best practices to ensure intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
• Design and implement customer-centric digital products that align with business and user needs.
• Work on presales propositions, preparing proposals, RFP responses, and technical specification documents for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, developers, business leaders) for end-to-end product development.
• Utilize tools such as Figma, Miro, Customer Journey Mapping tools, and Analytics to drive insights and design solutions.
• Experiment with emerging technologies (AI, automation, personalization, predictive analytics) to enhance digital engagement.
• Analyze user behavior and data insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leverage design thinking methodologies & prototyping tools to test, iterate, and refine digital solutions.

What You'll bring:

• Strong strategic mindset & creative problem-solving approach.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital innovation, CX, or related fields.
• Strong experience in presales, including the ability to craft client proposals, presentations, and technical specification documents.
• Data-driven mindset with knowledge of customer analytics & behavioral insights
• CX, UX/UI, and customer journey mapping expertise with hands-on experience in digital transformation projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Hands-on experience with design & prototyping tools (Figma, Miro, Adobe XD, etc.)
• Previous experience in an advertising agency is an asset.
