The role in more details:
- Participate in a wide spectrum of Corporate/ M&A transactions involving national and multinational corporate clients and private equity funds.
- Work with international legal teams and gain valuable international market exposure.
- Lead teams and be the point person with clients.
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
- Greek Lawyer qualification
- • At least 5 years of experience in corporate and M&A field.
- • An LLM in fields related to Commercial, Corporate and M&A or Civil law will be considered an asset.
- • Advanced interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- • Ability to lead, train and develop junior associates.
- • Continuous learning and development mindset.
- • Problem solving and analytical skills.
- • Positive attitude and team spirit.
- • Fluent written and spoken Greek & English
- Effective communication and rapport building skills
- Ability to deliver work of highest quality, documented in accordance with our company’s standards
- A customer centric approach to finance and business operations
- An extremely high work ethic
- Motivation for career progression and development
- Ability to gather and correlate correct data
