chapter lead – business analysis & design practice

Manages and leads a team of Business Analysts and Service Designers, ensuring high-quality delivery across requirement gathering, process mapping, and service design activities. Drives excellence in business analysis for complex technology initiatives, including AI-driven solutions, digital platforms, and enterprise transformation projects. Acts as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, embedding Design Thinking
within Business Analysis frameworks to ensure clarity, alignment, and measurable business value

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Apply Design Thinking methods (discovery, ideation, prototyping) to enhance solution relevance and user impact.

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Architects to translate business goals into actionable designs.

• Support stakeholder engagement and facilitate workshops for requirement elicitation and solution validation.

• Monitor team performance, coach analysts, and ensure continuous skills development.

• Contribute to the refinement of BA frameworks, templates, and governance mechanisms.

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• Prior experience in team leadership or managerial role within consulting or digital transformation environments.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, service design, or process improvement.

• Demonstrated success in the delivery of AI projects, applying analytical rigor and strategic insight to achieve measurable business outcomes.

• Proven experience in technology-driven business analysis, particularly in AI, data platforms, and enterprise-grade systems.

• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

• Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies, process design, and service design principles.

• Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery models.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.

• Familiarity with data lifecycle, API-driven architectures, and AI solution integration.

• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, BPMN tools or similar design platforms.
