business analyst – banking

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a broad range of business consulting projects in the financial sector, mainly focusing on digital banking
• Support the gathering, structuring, and documentation of functional and business requirements.
• Analyze business documents such as policies, processes, procedures, and regulations, and translate them into system or application requirements.
• Assist in or lead the creation of process maps, business workflows, and user journeys.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, testers, and other analysts.
• Help ensure solutions align with business goals, user needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in or lead client meetings to clarify requirements and present findings.
• Ensure professionalism, quality, and accuracy in all analysis outputs.
• Contribute to a collaborative and ethical work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3- 6 years of experience in business consulting, analysis, or a similar role.
• BSc/BA in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• MSc in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field will be consider as a strong asset
• Ability to understand and work with business documentation and translate it into functional/technical requirements.
• Possess experience with various project implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), as well as portfolio management or financial analysis (considered an asset).
• Proven experience in designing business flows and functional specifications.
• Basic understanding of software development concepts, mobile apps, and web services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Team-oriented mindset and collaborative working style.
• High level of professionalism and work ethic.
• Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Client-facing experience and ability to lead workshops or requirements sessions.
