As an Associate in Marketing and Client Experience, you will be pivotal in organizing and executing a variety of marketing events, from sponsorships to internal initiatives. Your responsibilities will include managing event logistics such as venue selection, vendor negotiations, budgeting, and on-site coordination. Supporting business development, you’ll identify new opportunities and cultivate partnerships that strengthen our market presence. In this role, you’ll enhance the firm’s visibility internally and externally, while driving employer branding initiatives that showcase our culture and values. Additionally, you’ll ensure consistent brand implementation across promotional materials, oversee management reporting, maintain CRM data accuracy, and contribute to market research to explore growth opportunities.

We’re looking for a dedicated marketing professional with 1-2 years of experience in professional services or a B2B environment. Below are the qualifications and skills we value:

• Degree in Marketing or Business Studies.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong reporting and analytics skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar platforms.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Effective communication and writing skills in Greek and English.
• Strong teamwork abilities.
