Grant Thornton’s Outsourcing Services practice is continuously growing, offering high quality services to our clients, committed to “making a difference every day” and is currently seeking to employ an Administration Officer for a corporate client.

The role in more details:

• Events’ related activities & Medical information: Shopping Cart creation & archiving for all events’ related activities (documentation, banners’ courier to/from event’s venue, invitations, mass email/ sms) & copyrights’ related requests
• Administration and logistics support of local medical affairs
• Medical Affairs’ miscellaneous such as new vendors’ creation, existing vendors’ update, vendors’ agreements upload using company’s systems
• Archiving, updating, uploading related material in company’s portal

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• University degree in Business Administration or Business related subject
• At least 2-3 years of experience working in Pharma industry or Medical function
• Excellent command both in Greek & in English (written & oral)
• Good knowledge of SAP/SRM or other related tools
• Strong organizing, multitasking and analytical skills
• Critical thinking, time management, prioritization
• Agility to adapt in a transforming environment and digital savvy for new systems
• Proved ability for crisis management
• Passion for results, excellence & precision
