Τι θα κάνεις
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τον Executive Chef για την ανάπτυξη και εκτέλεση μενού σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα της Grecotel.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και εκπαιδεύεις το junior προσωπικό κουζίνας.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση της κουζίνας με τους κανονισμούς υγείας και ασφάλειας.
- Επιβλέπεις τη λειτουργία της κουζίνας, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των αποθεμάτων και των παραγγελιών προμηθειών.
- Συμμετέχεις στη δημιουργία νέων πιάτων και στη διατήρηση ενημερωμένων μενού.
- Συμμετέχεις στην καθημερινή προετοιμασία φαγητού όταν χρειάζεται.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι την ποιότητα και την παρουσίαση του φαγητού.

- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Ανάπτυξη και εκτέλεση μενού
- Διαχείριση και εκπαίδευση ομάδας
- Συμμόρφωση με κανονισμούς υγείας και ασφάλειας
- Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και παραγγελίες προμηθειών
- Διαχείριση ποιότητας φαγητού και παρουσίαση φαγητού
- Κουζίνα Ανατολικής Μεσογείου και εργασία υπό πίεση
