Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και επιβλέπεις την καθημερινή λειτουργία όλων των εστιατορίων του ξενοδοχείου.
- Διασφαλίζεις υψηλά επίπεδα ικανοποίησης πελατών παρέχοντας σταθερά εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση.
- Τηρείς και εφαρμόζεις τυποποιημένες διαδικασίες λειτουργίας για ομαλή και αποδοτική λειτουργία των εστιατορίων.
- Επιβλέπεις τις ανάγκες στελέχωσης, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της εκπαίδευσης και της διαχείρισης απόδοσης.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τη γαστρονομική ομάδα για τη διασφάλιση ποιοτικών προτάσεων Food & Beverage.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα σχόλια επισκεπτών και επιλύεις έγκαιρα και αποτελεσματικά ζητήματα ή παράπονα.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Λειτουργίες Food & Beverage και διαχείριση λειτουργιών εστιατορίου
- Leadership και διαχείριση ομάδας
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, επικοινωνία και διαχείριση παραπόνων επισκεπτών
- Τυποποιημένες διαδικασίες λειτουργίας
- Εκπαίδευση προσωπικού και διαχείριση απόδοσης
- Multitasking και άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίας / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίοκατά προτίμηση
