Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι εισερχόμενες κλήσεις και email κρατήσεων, εξυπηρετώντας πελάτες και καταχωρίζοντας με ακρίβεια τα στοιχεία τους.
- Απαντάς σε ερωτήσεις για διαθεσιμότητα δωματίων, τιμές, παροχές και προσφορές.
- Διεκπεραιώνεις τροποποιήσεις ή ακυρώσεις υφιστάμενων κρατήσεων.
- Συντονίζεσαι με άλλα τμήματα για τη σωστή επικοινωνία και υλοποίηση αιτημάτων και ειδικών διευθετήσεων επισκεπτών.
- Διεκπεραιώνεις πληρωμές και διασφαλίζεις την ακρίβεια των χρεώσεων και της οικονομικής τεκμηρίωσης.
- Διατηρείς γνώση των ξενοδοχειακών εγκαταστάσεων, υπηρεσιών και τοπικών αξιοθέατων για εξατομικευμένες προτάσεις.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι παράπονα και ζητήματα επισκεπτών με επαγγελματισμό και ενσυναίσθηση, επιδιώκοντας ικανοποιητική επίλυση.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Συστήματα κρατήσεων ξενοδοχείων και συστήματα και λογισμικό υπολογιστών
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και διαχείριση παραπόνων επισκεπτών
- Ακρίβεια στην καταχώριση δεδομένων και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Multitasking και ιεράρχηση εργασιών
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων
- Αγγλική γλώσσα, χρεώσεις και οικονομική τεκμηρίωση, διεκπεραίωση πληρωμών και γνώση ξενοδοχειακών εγκαταστάσεων και τοπικής περιοχής
- Γενικές Σπουδές / Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίας

- Ανταγωνιστικό πακέτο αποδοχών και επιπλέον παροχές, διαμονή εφόσον απαιτείται και πλήρης διατροφή, υποστήριξη μετακίνησης ή/και κάλυψη ταξιδιωτικών εξόδων.
