- Εκτελείς τις διαδικασίες check-in και check-out ομαλά και αποτελεσματικά
- Διαχειρίζεσαι αιτήματα, ερωτήσεις και παράπονα επισκεπτών με επαγγελματισμό και διακριτικότητα
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τις κρατήσεις και διασφαλίζεις την ακρίβεια των στοιχείων
- Συντονίζεσαι με τα υπόλοιπα ξενοδοχειακά τμήματα για την κάλυψη των αναγκών των επισκεπτών
- Διατηρείς καθαρό και οργανωμένο τον χώρο του reception
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Υποδοχή επισκεπτών και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
- Επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
- Διαχείριση κρατήσεων και διαδικασίες check-in και check-out
- Διαχείριση παραπόνων και διαχείριση τηλεφωνικών γραμμών
- Χρήση πληροφοριακών συστημάτων και ξενοδοχειακό λογισμικό
- Multitasking, γνώση τοπικών αξιοθέατων και υπηρεσιών και άριστη γνώση αγγλικών
