- Διεκπεραιώνεις τις διαδικασίες check-in και check-out ομαλά και αποτελεσματικά.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι αιτήματα, ερωτήσεις και παράπονα επισκεπτών με επαγγελματισμό και tact.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τις κρατήσεις και διατηρείς ακριβείς, ενημερωμένες πληροφορίες.
- Συντονίζεσαι με τα ξενοδοχειακά τμήματα για την κάλυψη των αναγκών των επισκεπτών.
- Διατηρείς τον χώρο του Front Desk καθαρό και οργανωμένο.
