- Διεκπεραιώνεις τις διαδικασίες check-in και check-out ομαλά και αποτελεσματικά
- Διαχειρίζεσαι αιτήματα, ερωτήσεις και παράπονα επισκεπτών με επαγγελματισμό και διακριτικότητα
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τις κρατήσεις και διασφαλίζεις την ακρίβεια και την επικαιροποίηση των στοιχείων
- Συντονίζεσαι με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου για την κάλυψη των αναγκών των επισκεπτών
- Διατηρείς τον χώρο του front desk καθαρό και οργανωμένο
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Υποδοχή και εξυπηρέτηση επισκεπτών
- Διαχείριση κρατήσεων και διαδικασιών check-in και check-out
- Διαχείριση αιτημάτων και παραπόνων επισκεπτών
- Επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
- Multitasking και διαχείριση τηλεφωνικών γραμμών
- Χρήση συστημάτων υπολογιστών και ξενοδοχειακού λογισμικού, γνώση τοπικών αξιοθέατων και υπηρεσιών, άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
