- Υποδέχεσαι και πραγματοποιείς check-in για επισκέπτες που φτάνουν αργά, με φιλικό τρόπο
- Διαχειρίζεσαι αιτήματα, ερωτήσεις και παράπονα επισκεπτών κατά τη νυχτερινή βάρδια
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και ενημερώνεις κρατήσεις, διασφαλίζοντας την ακρίβεια των στοιχείων επισκεπτών
- Εκτελείς night auditing και διασφαλίζεις την ακρίβεια των οικονομικών συναλλαγών
- Διατηρείς τον χώρο της υποδοχής καθαρό και οργανωμένο
- Ανταποκρίνεσαι σε έκτακτες ανάγκες και λαμβάνεις τα κατάλληλα μέτρα
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Συστήματα υπολογιστών και ξενοδοχειακό λογισμικό
- Άπταιστη γνώση Αγγλικών
- Διαχείριση κρατήσεων και night auditing
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, check-in επισκεπτών και διαχείριση παραπόνων
- Ακρίβεια οικονομικών συναλλαγών και ανταπόκριση σε έκτακτες ανάγκες
