Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι την παραλαβή, διακίνηση, αποθήκευση και αποστολή εμπορευμάτων και προμηθειών.
- Ελέγχεις τα επίπεδα αποθεμάτων και τηρείς εβδομαδιαίες και μηνιαίες αναφορές απογραφής.
- Συντονίζεις τις παραγγελίες με άλλα τμήματα και εξασφαλίζεις την έγκαιρη παράδοση εμπορευμάτων και προμηθειών.
- Διατηρείς την καθαριότητα, την οργάνωση και την ασφάλεια στους χώρους αποθήκευσης.
- Εκπαιδεύεις και επιβλέπεις το προσωπικό αποθήκης, παρέχοντας καθοδήγηση και ανατροφοδότηση.
- Εξασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με τους κανόνες υγείας και ασφάλειας και τις εταιρικές πολιτικές.
- Συντονίζεις τα logistics μεταξύ αποθήκης, προμηθειών και λογιστηρίου.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση αποθήκης και παραλαβή και αποστολή εμπορευμάτων
- Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων, έλεγχος αποθεμάτων και συστήματα διαχείρισης αποθεμάτων
- Συντονισμός παραγγελιών και προμηθειών με το λογιστήριο
- MS Office
- Διαχείριση ομάδας και Leadership
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων, αναλυτικές δεξιότητες και συμμόρφωση με τους κανόνες υγείας και ασφάλειας
- Λογιστική Διαχείριση / Διαχείριση Εφοδιαστικής Αλυσίδας / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
