Τι θα κάνεις
- Αναλαμβάνεις την καθημερινή λειτουργία και τον συντονισμό του Κέντρου Logistics με ασφάλεια και αποδοτικότητα.
- Συντονίζεις τις επιχειρησιακές ομάδες και κατανέμεις αρμοδιότητες, φόρτο εργασίας και πόρους.
- Επιβλέπεις τις λειτουργίες αποθήκης από την παραλαβή έως την αποστολή παραγγελιών.
- Διασφαλίζεις την έγκαιρη και ακριβή προετοιμασία παραγγελιών καταστημάτων και τον συντονισμό της διανομής.
- Επιβλέπεις την εκτέλεση παραγγελιών e-commerce υψηλού όγκου και την τήρηση των απαιτούμενων χρόνων εξυπηρέτησης.
- Παρακολουθείς τα KPIs αποθήκης, εντοπίζεις αποκλίσεις και εφαρμόζεις διορθωτικές ενέργειες.
- Σχεδιάζεις και κατανέμεις το workforce ανάλογα με τους όγκους, τις ανάγκες και τις περιόδους αιχμής.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με τις διαδικασίες αποθήκης, τα πρότυπα ποιότητας και το Health & Safety.
- Διασφαλίζεις την αποτελεσματική χρήση του WMS και άλλων εργαλείων αποθήκης.
- Αναλύεις επιχειρησιακά δεδομένα και εντοπίζεις ευκαιρίες βελτιστοποίησης διαδικασιών και μείωσης κόστους.
- Συμβάλλεις στον σχεδιασμό και την υλοποίηση πρωτοβουλιών Continuous improvement.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με Commercial, Supply Chain, e-Commerce, Retail και B2B ομάδες για την ευθυγράμμιση των λειτουργιών.
- Ετοιμάζεις και παρουσιάζεις αναφορές λειτουργίας και dashboards KPIs.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση λειτουργιών αποθήκης και λειτουργίες logistics, από την παραλαβή έως τη διανομή.
- Ηγεσία ομάδων και people management, με σχεδιασμό workforce και κατανομή πόρων.
- KPIs αποθήκης, ανάλυση επιχειρησιακών δεδομένων και MS Excel.
- WMS, διαχείριση αποθέματος και Order fulfillment.
- Διαχείριση διανομής και Continuous improvement με έμφαση στη βελτιστοποίηση διαδικασιών.
- Συμμόρφωση με Health and Safety και Αγγλική γλώσσα.
- Λογιστική Διαχείριση / Διαχείριση Εφοδιαστικής Αλυσίδας / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Μηχανική / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
