Τι θα κάνεις
- Αναπτύσσεις και επιβλέπεις ολοκληρωμένο πρόγραμμα προληπτικής, διορθωτικής συντήρησης και επείγουσων επισκευών.
- Καθοδηγείς, εκπαιδεύεις και υποστηρίζεις την ομάδα συντήρησης.
- Επιθεωρείς τακτικά τις εγκαταστάσεις για τον εντοπισμό και την άμεση αντιμετώπιση αναγκών συντήρησης.
- Συντονίζεσαι με άλλα τμήματα για την έγκαιρη και αποτελεσματική κάλυψη των αναγκών συντήρησης.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι το απόθεμα υλικών και εξοπλισμού συντήρησης, διατηρώντας το οργανωμένο και διαθέσιμο.
- Διατηρείς σχέσεις με προμηθευτές, εργολάβους και παρόχους υπηρεσιών για ποιοτικές και οικονομικά αποδοτικές υπηρεσίες.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με τους ισχύοντες κανονισμούς και τα πρότυπα υγείας και ασφάλειας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση συντήρησης, προληπτική και διορθωτική συντήρηση, επείγουσες επισκευές
- Ηγεσία και διαχείριση ομάδας
- Γνώση συστημάτων κτιρίων
- Επιθεωρήσεις εγκαταστάσεων και διαχείριση αποθεμάτων
- Διαχείριση προμηθευτών και εργολάβων, συμμόρφωση με κανονισμούς υγείας και ασφάλειας
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων, λήψη αποφάσεων, επικοινωνία και εργασία υπό πίεση
- Μηχανική / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
