Τι θα κάνεις
- Αναπτύσσεις και επιβλέπεις πρόγραμμα προληπτικής, διορθωτικής συντήρησης και έκτακτων επισκευών.
- Καθοδηγείς, εκπαιδεύεις και υποστηρίζεις την ομάδα συντήρησης.
- Επιθεωρείς τακτικά τις εγκαταστάσεις και εντοπίζεις ανάγκες συντήρησης.
- Συντονίζεσαι με άλλα τμήματα για την έγκαιρη και αποτελεσματική κάλυψη των αναγκών συντήρησης.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι το απόθεμα υλικών και εξοπλισμού συντήρησης.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι σχέσεις με προμηθευτές, εργολάβους και παρόχους υπηρεσιών.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με τους ισχύοντες κανονισμούς υγείας και ασφάλειας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση συντήρησης, προληπτική και διορθωτική συντήρηση, έκτακτες επισκευές
- Ηγεσία και διοίκηση ομάδας, συντονισμός μεταξύ τμημάτων
- Γνώση συστημάτων κτιρίων, συμπεριλαμβανομένων HVAC, ηλεκτρολογικών, υδραυλικών και πυρασφάλειας
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων και λήψη αποφάσεων
- Διαχείριση αποθέματος και διαχείριση προμηθευτών και εργολάβων
- Συμμόρφωση με υγεία και ασφάλεια, προσαρμοστικότητα, συντήρηση στον κλάδο φιλοξενίας
- Μηχανική / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
