- Εκπαιδεύεις και καθοδηγείς το προσωπικό καθαριότητας στις διαδικασίες καθαρισμού και συντήρησης
- Επιθεωρείς τα δωμάτια και τους κοινόχρηστους χώρους για την τήρηση της καθαριότητας και της τάξης
- Συνεργάζεσαι με το προσωπικό υποδοχής για τη διασφάλιση της ικανοποίησης των πελατών
- Παραγγέλνεις και διαχειρίζεσαι τα αποθέματα καθαριστικών προϊόντων
- Προγραμματίζεις το προσωπικό και αναθέτεις εργασίες για αποδοτική χρήση των πόρων
- Συμβάλλεις στην ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή πολιτικών και διαδικασιών καθαριότητας
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εποπτεία καθαριότητας και εκπαίδευση προσωπικού
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και διαχείριση χρόνου
- Επικοινωνιακές και δεξιότητες διαπροσωπικής επικοινωνίας
- Γνώση προϊόντων καθαριότητας και κανονισμοί ασφάλειας και υγιεινής
- Λήψη αποφάσεων και ικανότητα ανεξάρτητης εργασίας
- Άπταιστα Αγγλικά
